This varies from person to person. Many people notice significant change after one session. Some issues — particularly habits and addictions — are structured as a 3-session programme. This will be discussed with you beforehand.
Yes. Alan works face-to-face from his practice in Ayr and online via Zoom. Both options are equally effective.
Yes. Alan works with children aged 10 and over. Sessions are 60 minutes and tailored appropriately.
